What a blessed and joyful day! The St. George Cathedral of Stockholm GOYS spent today learning how to make **prosforo<\/strong>**.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had so much fun together \u2014 mixing, kneading, stamping, and chatting and having fika while the prosfora were rising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, we produced some really great-looking prosfora. The GOYS will finish baking them at home and bring them back to the church \u2014 such a beautiful way get involved in preparing for worship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to everyone who joined and helped! It\u2019s these simple, hands-on moments that build community and faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
