What a blessed and joyful day! The St. George Cathedral of Stockholm GOYS spent today learning how to make **prosforo**.
We had so much fun together — mixing, kneading, stamping, and chatting and having fika while the prosfora were rising.
In the end, we produced some really great-looking prosfora. The GOYS will finish baking them at home and bring them back to the church — such a beautiful way get involved in preparing for worship.
