Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the Apostle Bartholomew Parish, in Reykjavík, Iceland

It is announced with great joy that on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with the canonical blessing and encouragement of His Eminence Metropolitan Cleopas of Sweden and All Scandinavia, His Grace Bishop Bartholomew of Elaia will officiate the Divine Liturgy at the Parish of Apostle Bartholomew in Reykjavík, Iceland, at the chapel of Friðrikskapella, located in the city of Reykjavík (43MG+MJR, 102 Reykjavík, Iceland).

Furthermore, on the afternoon of the previous day, Friday, May 15, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the hall located at Háteigsvegur 42, 105 Reykjavíkurborg, Iceland, His Grace will meet with members of the local Greek Community.

Greek expatriates and residents of the wider area are also invited to attend, so that matters concerning the progress of the parish may be discussed.

Our Christians living in the broader region are invited to participate in this Hierarchical Divine Liturgy and to exchange Paschal greetings.
